The addition of an Acute Care Registered Nurse is necessary to address increasing patient volumes and higher acuity levels while maintaining safe and compliant staffing ratios.

Qualifications
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred)
Minimum of 1–2 years of acute care experience preferred
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
