Position Details
The full-time registered nurse (RN) plays a pivotal role in our community-based Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT), serving Luzerne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, and Susquehanna Counties The dual diagnosis team takes a compassionate, recovery-oriented approach dedicated to providing high-quality care and unwavering support for individuals diagnosed with both a mental illness and an intellectual disability The RN will spend their time in the field, directly interacting with consumers in their homes, traveling, and documenting their work.
