Main Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and as prescribed.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellbeing.
• Promote safety and best practices in infection control and healthcare provision.
• Work independently and demonstrate strong clinical judgment.

Requirements

• Valid NMC Pin and relevant UK nursing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic healthcare settings.

• Outstanding Rates of Pay as an Agency Staff Nurse – RGN / RMN : Pay Rate up to £24.00 - £43.50 per hour
