We're looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our growing Community Nursing team in Adelaide in permanent full-time and part-time roles.

Your Role

You’ll work on a rotating 7-day roster between 7am and 10pm, with flexibility where possible and no night shifts.

With previous experience working in the community, delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions, you are comfortable working autonomously with a patient centred approach and can spot client deterioration.

You will also have;

• Current unrestricted AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• 2 Years’ recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting
• IV Medication Administration
• PICC management Cannulation competent (not essential)
• Experience in chronic wound care and negative pressure therapy
• Continence management
• Competent IT skills/literacy
