Registered Nurse (Fixed Term) | 29 Hours Per Week | Night Shifts | Gore, Southland
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a stable night shift position where you can take ownership of your clinical practice and make a meaningful difference to residents every shift?
Bupa Windsor Park Care Home in Gore is seeking an experienced RN to join the team in a fixed term position through to 16 November 2026, working 29 hours per week on night shift.
This opportunity is particularly well suited to an internationally qualified nurse who is confident in their clinical skills and ready to build valuable New Zealand aged care experience. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality resident care, coordinating overnight clinical activities, responding to changes in resident wellbeing, and supporting caregivers to deliver safe and effective care throughout the shift.
You'll enjoy the routine and consistency that comes with permanent night shifts, while developing your aged care expertise in a supportive environment where your clinical judgement and leadership are valued. If you're an experienced RN who enjoys working autonomously and takes pride in delivering excellent resident outcomes, we'd like to hear from you.
