An exciting opportunity awaits for registered nurses to join the team. selectability, a reputable aged care provider that provides supports in the Lower Gulf of North Queensland. These positions offer a chance to work in a supportive and caring environment, making a positive impact on the lives of the older persons.
Registered nurses play a vital role in the lives of the older persons by providing quality, responsive and compassionate care that supports a trusted and long-term relationship with our older persons. Working closely with the enrolled nurses and the collaborative healthcare team including the regional managers, the registered nurse will provide person-centred care to support the older persons.

We offer an organised swing roster, with regular rotations and known leave dates, so you can plan your life around work. We’re committed to fatigue management, which means you’ll always gave enough time to rest and recharge between shifts. We offer above award rates, so you’ll be well- compensated for your hard work. We also provide travel, accommodation, and meals so you don’t have to worry about any of the logistics. Working in regional and remote communities provides a unique cultural experience, and you’ll be part of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are committed to providing the best possible care to older persons.

This is a remote position in the Lower Gulf on a 6 week on 2 week off rotating roster.
This role provides significant overtime opportunities; on average our registered nurses annual remuneration is around $190k plus super.
