Registered Nurse | Permanent Part Time | 29 Hours | 4on4off Roster | Tauranga
If you’re an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a roster that gives you genuine time off while still keeping strong clinical hours, this could be the right fit.
We’re looking for an experienced RN to join the team at Bupa Cedar Manor in Tauranga on a permanent part time basis working 29 hours per week on a consistent 4on4off roster consisting of 3 afternoon shifts and 1 night shift.
This role suits someone who enjoys routine, works confidently across afternoons and nights, and likes having ownership of their shift. You’ll be part of a stable clinical team where experienced nurses are trusted to lead care, support caregivers, manage resident wellbeing, and make sound clinical decisions.
The roster is one of the biggest drawcards here. Four days on followed by four days off creates real balance and predictability, making it easier to plan life outside of work while maintaining steady permanent hours.
You’ll be joining a care home environment where relationships matter, teamwork is practical, and resident care stays the focus day to day.
If you’re looking for a role with structure, consistency, and purpose, we’d like to hear from you.
