Registered Nurse Night Shift | Permanent Full Time | 32 Hours | 4 on 2 off | Manurewa (South Auckland)

At Bupa Erin Park in Manurewa, this role is built around a consistent night roster. You will work a steady 4 on, 2 off cycle, 32 hours per week. No rotating shifts. No constant change. Just a routine you can rely on.
This is a role for an experienced Registered Nurse who is comfortable leading overnight. You will oversee resident care, respond to clinical needs as they arise, and guide care staff through the shift. You are trusted to run the night properly.
You know what good looks like. Clear documentation, steady clinical judgement, and making sure residents are settled and safe through the night.
The team is stable, and the expectation is simple. Keep the shift running, support your staff, and maintain consistent care standards.
