What You'll Do
As Registered Nurse (RN), you will support the health, safety, and well-being of individuals participating in MVLE’s Group Day programs by ensuring comprehensive, preventative, and responsive nursing services. The RN provides clinical oversight, medication management, staff training, and health monitoring in accordance with Virginia DBHDS regulations, Medicaid Waiver requirements, CARF accreditation standards, nursing standards of practice, and MVLE policies.
You will work collaboratively with individuals, families, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Program Coordinators, Program Managers, Behavior Specialists, and external healthcare providers to promote wellness, independence, and safe community participation.
