Key Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  Patient Care:
  Provide high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with
  clinical protocols and facility standards.
  Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; administer
  medications and treatments as prescribed.

  Team Collaboration:
  Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other
  healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to
  care coordination.

  Clinical Excellence:

  Engage in continuous quality improvement and professional

  Patient & Family Education

  Explain treatment procedures and provide education on care

Requirements

Requirements

• 
  Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
  but not mandatory.
• 
  Hold a valid nursing license in your home country
  (eligibility for U.S. licensure is required).

Experience
:

• 
  Minimum of 1–2 years of acute care experience in
  institutions of 80 bed capacity and above (experience in ICU, ER, or
  medical/surgical settings is advantageous).

Language & Communication:

• 
  Proficiency in English (successful completion of English
  proficiency exams may be required).

Clinical Competence:

• 
  Strong clinical assessment skills with the ability to
  interpret patient symptoms and respond appropriately.

Interpersonal Skills:

  Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving
  abilities.
