Registered Nurse New Graduate | Fixed Term Full Time until 29 November 2026 (5 Months) | 32 Hours Rotating Roster | Gore
Starting your nursing career in New Zealand is tough right now. Many New Grad RNs are struggling to get their first opportunity, even after completing registration.
We’re offering a genuine chance to start.
Bupa Windsor Park Care Home in Gore is looking for a New Graduate Registered Nurse to join the team on a fixed term full-time basis through until 29 November 2026. You’ll work across mornings, afternoons and nights on a 32-hour roster, building real clinical confidence and routine in a supportive aged care environment.
This role suits someone who wants hands-on experience, stable hours, and the opportunity to grow quickly as a nurse. You’ll be involved in resident assessments, medication management, care planning, clinical documentation, and working closely with senior nurses and caregivers on shift.
Aged care gives you exposure to relationship-based nursing, clinical routine, shift leadership, and day-to-day decision making early in your career. You’ll learn fast, build confidence, and develop practical nursing skills that transfer across healthcare settings.
Gore offers a quieter lifestyle, affordable living, and a close-knit community feel. If you’ve been waiting for someone to give you your start as an RN, this could be the opportunity that gets your career moving.
