- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and post-discharge care
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and hospital policies
- Ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors, adhering to safety-sensitive protocols

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or jurisdiction
- Proven experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rotating shift environment
- Knowledge of safety-sensitive procedures and protocols
