Registered Nurse – Permanent Night Shift | 32 Hours | 4 On 2 Off | Papanui Christchurch
Bupa Parklands Care Home in Papanui is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our permanent night team working 11pm–7am on a consistent 4 days on, 2 days off roster.
This is a 127-bed care home offering Rest Home, Hospital, and Psychogeriatric care, making it a strong fit for an RN who enjoys clinical variety and is confident managing resident care overnight. Experience in Psychogeriatric care is highly valued, particularly for nurses who understand how to balance calm clinical decision-making with relationship-based care.
Night shift in this environment suits nurses who like routine, autonomy, and ownership of their shift. You’ll work closely with experienced caregivers while leading clinical oversight across the home, supporting residents with complex needs, completing assessments, managing deteriorations, and ensuring continuity of care through the night.
