Registered Nurse – Correctional facility
cTrace Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse in Toledo, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and Sign on bonus
Location: Toledo, OH Compensation: $54 per hour (DOE) plus $200 Sign-On Bonus Schedule: 2pm-12am/ 10 hr Shift Wednesday-Sat. Days off Sun, Mon, Tue Contract length: 1 year Key responsibilities
:
Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
Monitor clients’ conditions; reporting changes to Nurse Manager
Requirements
Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
OH RN License
CPR/BLS
