Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures

- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention

- Document patient care and communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

- Adhere to infection control policies and protocols

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain professional knowledge and competency through continuing education

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the state of Washington

- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- BLS/CPR certification

- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
