GenesisCare is now looking for a committed and patient-focused Registered Nurse to join our supportive oncology clinic within the St Vincent's Hospital Campus. If you bring strong clinical capability, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to learn, we are happy to support you, even if you’re new to oncology nursing.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist skills within a friendly, collaborative team and to contribute to delivering outstanding care for our patients.
On offer is a permanent role, working either full time or part time.
Deliver safe, evidence-based and person-centred nursing care.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and contribute to care planning.
Work collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health colleagues.
Provide clear communication and supportive education to patients and families.
Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities.
Contribute to a positive, professional and team-oriented work environment.
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sound clinical judgment and problem-solving ability.
Commitment to learning and professional development.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Prior oncology experience not essential - training and support provided.
$3,000 sign on bonus (on completion of probation period).
Monday to Friday working shifts – no weekend work!
