Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide high-quality, one-on-one care in patients’ homes. We specialize in concierge-level cases where nurses can focus on delivering personalized care without the stress of facility workloads.

We are actively staffing cases in North Brunswick and surrounding areas, with a variety of schedules available.

Position Highlights

• $45.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling: 4, 6, 8, and 12-hour shifts, as well as live-in opportunities
• Weekly pay
• One-on-one patient care
• Ongoing cases with consistent hours available

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (acute care, long-term care, or home care)
• Active New Jersey LPN license
• Current BLS certification
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year (or chest X-ray within 5 years)
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
