Registered Nurse | Full-Time Permanent | 32 Hours/Week | 4-on-2-off Rotating Roster (AM/PM/Nights)

If you’re an experienced Registered Nurse who values structure, consistency, and truly knowing your residents, this is a role where you can settle into a rhythm and make a lasting impact. Based at our Bupa St Kilda Care Home in Cambridge, this permanent 32-hour position offers a dependable 4-on-2-off roster across mornings, afternoons, and nights, giving you both variety and predictable time to recharge.

This role suits a nurse who is confident in aged care and brings strong InterRAI experience, someone who takes ownership of their clinical practice and enjoys being part of a steady, reliable team. You’ll be trusted to lead shifts, manage clinical decisions, and deliver high-quality care across the full 24-hour cycle, while building genuine, long-term relationships with residents and their families.

To thrive here, you’ll bring sound clinical judgement, the ability to confidently complete InterRAI assessments and translate them into meaningful care plans, and a calm, organised approach to managing workloads across different shifts. Your attention to detail in documentation, your confidence in medication management and wound care, and your ability to communicate clearly with both residents and colleagues will set you apart. Most importantly, you’ll be someone who values consistency, accountability, and delivering care that makes a real difference every day.

Hours & Roster Details:

• Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
• Hours: Average 32 Hours Per Week
• Shift Time: Morning, Afternoon & Nights
• Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)

Your Person-First Approach:

• Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
• Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
