Registered Nurse – Permanent Part Time | 23 Hours per Week | Morning & Afternoon Shifts

This permanent part-time role (23 hours per week) follows a 5-on, 3-off rotating roster across eight weeks, with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts. It’s a great opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys the rhythm of aged care and values being part of a supportive, resident-focused team. We also welcome motivated new graduates who bring the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for caring for older people.

Hours & Roster Details:

• Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
• Hours: Average 23 Hours Per Week
• Shift Time: Mornings & Afternoons
• Roster Pattern: 5 shifts on, 3 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

• Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
• Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
• Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Your Person-First Approach:

You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.

• Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
• Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.

• Applicants must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
