Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

- Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a rotating night shift schedule

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety protocols

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion

- BLS and ACLS, PALS certification preferred
