Permanent Part-Time Registered Nurse | 28 Hours per Week | 4 On, 2 Off | 6-Hour Morning & Afternoon Shifts

At Bupa Rossendale Care Home, we’re looking for Registered Nurses who value meaningful relationships, structured hours, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference every single shift.

This is a permanent part-time position (28 hours per week) working a predictable 4 on, 2 off roster, with 6-hour shifts across mornings (7:00am–1:30pm) and afternoons (3:00pm–9:30pm). No long shifts. No overnight work. Just focused, high-quality clinical care delivered in a supportive team environment.

This role will suit a nurse who thrives on continuity of care, someone who enjoys knowing their residents, guiding HCAs with confidence, and bringing calm clinical oversight to every shift. Hours & Roster Details:

• Employment Type: Permanent Part-Time
• Hours: Average 28 Hours per week
• Shift Time: Mornings 7:00am–1:30pm and Afternoons 3:00pm–9:30pm
• Roster Pattern: 4 shifts on, 2 shifts off (6-weekly roster across Monday - Sunday)

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

• Provide person-centred clinical care for residents in care homes across various levels of care.
• Lead a team of caregivers to provide the highest quality clinical care.
• Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Stand up and tell us where we can invest more to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Your Person-First Approach:

You’ll help us make a real difference through your RN experience, personal passion, and empathy.

• Hold a current APC and NZ Nursing Council Registration.
• Excellent clinical skills in adult care and ideal aged care experience.
• Confident communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• A compassionate nurse who strives for excellence and to make an impact in residents’ lives.
