Registered Nurse - PRN Circulator (Safety Sensitive Position)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Circulator during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients throughout the operation
- Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are sterile and ready for use
- Assist the surgical team by providing necessary instruments and supplies in a timely manner
- Monitor and document patient status and surgical procedures accurately
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and infection control standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate patient care and surgical activities
- Maintain a clean and organized surgical environment, following all safety guidelines

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Proven experience as a Circulator or in a similar surgical nursing role
- Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure
- Flexibility to work PRN hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
