Are you an NMCRegistered Nurse seeking an exciting new opportunity to learn specialist skills in renal dialysis nursing?
You may have NHS experience or have worked in the private care sector, but whatever your Nursing background, with the right attitude and aptitude we have an opportunity for you!
What does the role involve?
Being aDialysis nurserequires commitment and passion along with the skills and competencies to juggle the technical nursing aspect whilst giving holistic care. You will be working autonomously, responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care for dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease or acute kidney injury.
North Devon Unit operates 12haemodialysisstations, serving up to 36patientsNursing is planned at a ratio 1:4patients, and you will be supported byHCA’son each shift.
This is a Full Timerole of37.5hoursa week. Current days are working various shifts between 07.00am and18.30pm.
