Salary: £24.00 - £43.50 per hour

We are seeking both full-time and part-time nurses for day and night shifts. Main Responsibilities:

• Providing care across various client settings.
• Assessing and evaluating patient health conditions and needs.
• Developing and implementing individual patient care plans.
• Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
• Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Educating patients and their families about health management.
• Maintaining adherence to health regulations and accurate patient records.
• Promoting best practices in health and safety.
• Working autonomously with minimum supervision.

Requirements

• Valid NMC Pin and relevant UK nursing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical standards.
