Registered Nurse - Full time, Part time or Casual
Banksia is a highly respected, single-site not-for-profit and charitable organisation delivering quality aged care services in the beautiful seaside village of Broulee, located on the South Coast of NSW. We provide care and support across three integrated services:
• 121 independent living villas in our retirement village
• An 80-bed residential aged care facility
• Community care services
What you’ll do:
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents
• Mentor, guide, and support care staff in delivering exceptional aged care
• Promote and uphold Banksia’s values and commitment to excellence
What you’ll need:
• Current qualification and registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
• Current Police Check clearance
• A genuine passion for aged care and supporting older Australians
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to lead and support care teams
• A sound understanding of the aged care sector is highly desirable
