Job Purpose:

- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing care.

Required Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation.
- Proven track record of working effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
