As a Birch Family Services Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and supervision of medical care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a system of residential programs. Collaborating with clinical and ancillary staff, you will promote health and safety and provide case management services. Review assessments, logs, etc. and follow-up where necessary; ensure all medical appointments, tests and lab work are completed as required; and assist with the AMAP certification process.
This is a part-time position located in Glen Oaks, Queens but there is the option for full-time if willing to cover additional residences in Cambria Heights, Queens.
