Job Location Grove City, OH 43123 Position Type Full Time Salary Range $29.75 - $38.00 Travel Percentage Up to 10%

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Residential Treatment Program. The Residential Nurse performs nursing procedures for the comfort and well-being of clients, including giving prescribed medications and treatments according to approved policy and procedures.

Schedule: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Sat - Tues, 12pm - 10pm) Fully In Office

What you’ll do:

  • Initiate and develop forms, letters, and QA aids as needed.
  • Initiate admission Emergency Medical file.
  • Coordinate physicians and clinical orders and maintain medical files.
  • Inventory and maintain supplies for nursing offices and first aid kits.
  • Evaluate client and check vital signs.
  • Schedule clients for consultations with staff physicians, as necessary.
  • Review laboratory and related psychiatric and medical health assessments as clinically indicated.
  • Provide diagnostic reassessment at time of transfer and/or discharge at it pertains to the position held.
  • Assist in the health screening of youth
  • Provide nursing and emergency care to clients and advises appropriate follow-up as it pertains to the position held.
  • Effectively conduct follow up reports regarding care.

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • You have at least one year of nursing experience.
  • You are a certified RN or LPN in Ohio.
  • You have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
