We are looking for passionate and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our team and play a key role in supporting adults with complex mental health needs within an enhanced supported living environment.
Whether you're an experienced RMN, newly qualified or looking to complete your Preceptorship, we'd love to hear from you. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will take clinical responsibility for a caseload of people we support, providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care tailored to their individual needs.
You will be involved throughout the individual's journey — from assessment and admission through to care planning, ongoing support and discharge — working closely with the people we support, families, colleagues and external professionals.
No two days will be the same. You will use your clinical knowledge, therapeutic approach and positive risk-management skills to support people with complex and changing needs.

Established in 2013 with the opening of our first supported residential service, we have expanded across the UK and now have over 15 enhanced supported living facilities.
