In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care by assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating individualised care plans while acting as the patient's named nurse. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skills, prioritising and delegating workload effectively while maintaining compliance with safeguarding, medicines management, the Mental Capacity Act, the NMC Code, and organisational policies. You will also be committed to continuous professional development, clinical supervision, reflective practice, and supporting newly qualified staff through preceptorship. Applicants must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration, completed preceptorship, 6–12 months of post-registration experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate mental health care.
