Registered Medical Assistant — North Little Rock

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable Registered Medical Assistant to join a great team in North Little Rock. What You’ll Do

As an RMA, you’ll be involved in both patient care and the day-to-day flow of the practice, including:

• Welcome and room patients while providing a warm, professional experience
• Obtain and document vital signs, medications, and chief complaints
• Provide injections as ordered by the physician, following proper clinical and documentation procedures
• Assist with in-office procedures, including preparing sterile fields and instruments
• Clean, package, label, and sterilize instruments using the autoclave
• Document patient interactions, including phone calls and follow-up
• Communicate lab and diagnostic results to patients after physician review and approval
• Maintain accurate and organized patient charts and medical records
• Protect patient and employee confidentiality at all times
• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care to patients ranging from pediatric through geriatric

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current CMA, RMA, or Phlebotomy certification
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills
• Excellent communication and organization
• A professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work comfortably with patients of all ages
