Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver professional massage therapy services that promote healing, pain relief, and wellness.
• Maintain clear and accurate client records in compliance with professional standards.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including physiotherapists and chiropractors, to ensure integrated client care.
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to the clinic’s growth through active participation in team meetings and professional development.

Requirements

• Current registration and good standing as an RMT with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to professional development and maintaining high standards of practice.
