Registered Massage Therapist

Neobridge Heatlhcare is prould to share this opportunity in partnershio with Avalon Health Clinic. Avalon Health is hiring Registered Massage Therapists to help support recovery, rehabilitation, and whole-person care within our integrated primary care and allied health clinic.

This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a setting where massage therapy is part of a coordinated healthcare model designed to support recovery, function, pain management, and patient wellbeing.

At Avalon, RMTs will work alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, kinesiologists, and rehabilitation clinicians within one connected care environment.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

Provide evidence-informed massage therapy care for patients navigating musculoskeletal pain, injury recovery, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, stress-related tension, and functional recovery goals

Support patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, concussion, ICU stays, and periods of physical deconditioning

Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinicians involved in shared patient care

Participate in Avalon's rehabilitation and recovery pathways including surgical recovery, brain injury/concussion recovery, and ICU recovery

Help contribute to a coordinated patient experience focused on recovery, function, and quality of life

Help shape the massage therapy model within a growing interdisciplinary clinic

Contribute to a patient experience that feels welcoming, respectful, and well supported

WHO YOU ARE

You are a Registered Massage Therapist who values collaborative care, functional recovery, and evidence-informed practice.

You enjoy helping patients feel and function better while working as part of an interdisciplinary team. You appreciate both autonomy and collaboration, and value an environment where communication between providers supports better patient outcomes.

You may be especially drawn to rehabilitation-focused care, chronic pain populations, post-surgical recovery, or helping build something meaningful from the ground up.

WHAT YOU BRING

Registration in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC as a Registered Massage Therapist

Professional liability insurance

Clinical experience or interest in rehabilitation, chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, injury recovery, concussion care, or complex care populations

Strong communication skills and comfort working within interdisciplinary teams

A builder mindset and excitement about helping shape a new clinic model

HOW WE WORK

Compensation: Highly competitive independent contractor revenue-share model with earning growth tied to caseload development, experience, specialty expertise, and sustained demand

Transparent compensation pathways discussed during the interview process

Opportunity to build a strong caseload through direct internal referrals from primary care, rehabilitation, and recovery pathways

Full clinic infrastructure provided including reception, scheduling, EMR, billing support, treatment rooms, and administrative systems

Shared charting and integrated communication with primary care and allied health teams

Location: 4400 Chatterton Way, Saanich (Greater Victoria, BC)

Start: Phased onboarding through Q3 2026. Targeted start of Oct/Nov 2026
