Job Title: Registered Manager 🏡
Location: Ribchester, PR3 (School site) 📍
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE) 💷
Working Hour: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday ⏰
Service: Children’s Home (Ofsted registered) – residential provision linked to a specialist education setting
Service Users: Young people aged 8–18 with Autistic Spectrum and associated complex needs 🧩
Qualifications Required: Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children) ✅
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role ✅
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

The Home:
- Number of Beds: 3-bedroom Ofsted registered children’s residential home 🛏️
- Location: Ribchester (on the Brook View School site) 🌳
- Type of YPs: Autism and associated complex needs (young people 8–18)

Who we are looking for…
We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident Registered Manager to join the senior management team and lead a stable, committed staff group (Team Leaders and Support Workers). You will provide strong, strategic leadership to drive regulatory success and ensure children and young people experience a safe, nurturing home where life skills and independence are developed alongside education, care and clinical support. 🌟

You will be able to demonstrate:
A highly developed awareness of safeguarding and safer working practices 🛡️
Strong leadership and team management capability 👥
A sound understanding of the challenges associated with Autism and complex needs 🧠
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure effective, compliant day-to-day running of the home ✅
Confidence working within a multi-disciplinary environment (care, therapy and education) 🤝
The ability to build strong professional relationships and support families 💬
