Liquid Personnel are proud to be working with an independent fostering agency to recruit a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead their fostering service.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior leadership role within a well-established agency, driving quality, compliance, and growth in fostering services.

As the Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead the fostering service and maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations
  • Develop and deliver strategic plans to achieve Outstanding ratings
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff and foster carers
  • Ensure high-quality therapeutic care for children and young people
  • Manage relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, and multi-agency teams
  • Contribute to business development and service expansion

Essential requirements of this Registered Manager role

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • Recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England
  • Experience in safeguarding and fostering or looked-after children
  • Proven leadership and strategic planning experience
  • Strong understanding of fostering legislation, NMS, and the Children Act
  • Full UK driving licence
