Job Description

• Provide effective leadership and day-to-day management of supported living services
• Ensure services operate in full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Lead, support, and develop a team to deliver outstanding care
• Promote independence, choice, and inclusion for individuals using the service
• Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation efficiently
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders, families, and external professionals
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain high service standards

• Proven experience in a management role within supported living or social care
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., CQC requirements)
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally
