Full Time – 40 hours

We have an opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team in two of our new developments in Blackpool. This is a full time role overseeing two new services close to each other.

Both Heron House and Stanley Mews will offer residential support to adults with a learning disability and/or autism.

As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, you will take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areas including budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery of outstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, helping them achieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage in meaningful activities within the community.

You’ll lead a compassionate and dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding care. With a strong focus on personalised support and proven approaches, you’ll help residents build confidence, develop life skills, and achieve meaningful outcomes.

As Registered Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance
  • Lead, support, and develop your team to deliver person-centred care
  • Support the assessment and implementation of individual care plans
  • Ensure a safe, positive, and nurturing environment for residents
  • Promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence in all aspects of care
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes

What you'll bring to the role

  • You must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards it
  • Experience as a Registered Manager is preferable as this is a new development, however we will consider strong Deputy candidates
  • Experience working with mental health, learning disability or autism is required
