Salary: From £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the leadership and management of our specialist complex mental health service on a 24-hour basis. Supported by a Deputy Manager and Team Leaders, you will ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care to adults with complex mental health needs and dual diagnosis.
You will provide strong leadership and oversight across the service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, governance, safeguarding, risk management and regulatory compliance
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, commissioners, healthcare professionals, regulators and other key stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes for the people we support.
You will also play an important role in the continued development and growth of the service, supporting new referrals and admissions and helping to establish the service as a trusted provider of specialist complex mental health care.
We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and experienced manager with a comprehensive understanding of complex mental health, dual diagnosis and addiction
You will be a confident and credible leader who can support, motivate and develop a team while maintaining a strong focus on quality, regulatory compliance and positive outcomes.
You will have previous experience as a Registered Manager within a CQC-regulated complex mental health service, with a strong understanding of supporting adults with complex and enduring mental health conditions.
Due to the complexity of the people we support, we are seeking candidates with strong leadership experience and a background in complex mental health, dual diagnosis, addiction and rehabilitation services. An RMN qualification and active NMC registration is desirable but not essential. We also welcome applications from candidates with substantial experience of successfully managing complex mental health services.
Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a CQC-regulated complex mental health service
RMN qualification with active NMC registration is desirable but not essential
Strong experience supporting adults with complex and enduring mental health needs, dual diagnosis, addiction and associated complex needs
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent recognised management qualification
Detailed knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, risk management and statutory requirements
Experience of leading and developing teams within a specialist mental health setting
Experience of commissioning, opening or mobilising a new mental health service is highly desirable
Strong understanding of multidisciplinary working and partnership working with commissioners and healthcare professionals
Experience of acting in a senior safeguarding role
Excellent leadership, communication and people-management skills
Confidence participating in multidisciplinary meetings and complex stakeholder discussions
Ability to build strong relationships with people we support, families, colleagues, commissioners, regulators and healthcare professionals
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
