Registered Manager – Complex Care
Location: Leeds (On-site)
Salary: Competitive DOE + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a growing Complex Care provider with an established reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within community settings.

The organisation supports individuals with a wide range of complex clinical needs, enabling them to live independently within their own homes while receiving exceptional levels of care and support. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a strong operational leader to oversee service delivery, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive the ongoing development of their Leeds-based Complex Care service.

Key Responsibilities

Hold and maintain CQC registration for the Complex Care service
Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring safe and effective service delivery
Manage and support Branch Nurses, Care Coordinators, and care teams
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and company policies
Drive quality assurance, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support the mobilisation and growth of Complex Care packages
Monitor branch performance, KPIs, staffing levels, and service outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, healthcare professionals, service users, and families
Manage audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
Promote a culture of person-centred care, accountability, and excellence

Requirements

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Complex Care, Community Care, or Homecare
Ability to hold and maintain CQC registration
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
Experience managing complex care packages and multidisciplinary teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
Strong understanding of safeguarding, governance, and risk management
Commercial awareness and ability to support branch growth
Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
