Registered Manager – Complex Care West Midlands (Shropshire) Competitive Salary + Benefits (DOE) Full-time, Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager – Complex Care to join a growing and quality-focused care provider delivering specialist services across the West Midlands. The organisation supports individuals with complex health needs within community settings, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, person-centred care, and consistent service delivery. With continued growth across the region, they are seeking a strong leader to oversee and develop complex care packages while maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven manager looking to make a real impact within a specialist care environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Take on and maintain CQC registration for complex care services
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality complex care packages in the community
  • Lead and support care teams, ensuring safe and effective service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, governance, and safeguarding requirements
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with clinical teams and stakeholders
  • Monitor service performance, quality, and outcomes
  • Manage staffing, rotas, and resource allocation
  • Build strong relationships with commissioners, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Support the growth and development of complex care services

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within complex care or community care
  • Strong understanding of CQC frameworks and regulatory compliance
  • Experience managing complex clinical packages (e.g. tracheostomy, PEG, ventilation desirable)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple packages and teams effectively
  • Full UK driving licence (desirable)
