🎓 Qualifications Required:
NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management for Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)
🕒 Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an Ofsted-registered children’s home
Experience supervising staff
Experience supporting children with learning disabilities

This is a successful, stable home with a long-standing staff team and a lively, happy group of children.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate Registered Manager who can confidently lead a children’s residential service and maintain the highest standards of care and safeguarding.
You will:
✨ Use your leadership skills to run all aspects of the home

✨ Support a settled staff team
✨ Build on an already successful and established service
✨ Ensure high-quality, child-centred care
You must also demonstrate strong knowledge of:
