Job Title: Registered Manager
📍 Location: Briercliffe, BB10
💰 Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
🏡 Service: Children's Residential Home
🧒 Service Users: 2 x Young People (EBD, settled, both in full-time education)
📄 Employment Type: Permanent
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Registered Manager to take the lead in our established 3-bed home (operated as a 2-bed). You will oversee the care of two settled young people who are engaged in full-time education, supported by a consistent and committed team.
You should have:
✅ A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home
✅ A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
✅ Strong leadership, safeguarding, and compliance knowledge
✅ A genuine passion for delivering trauma-informed, high-quality care
