Registered Manager – Complex Care

Location: Leeds (On-site)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a growing Complex Care provider with an established reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within community settings.

The organisation supports individuals with a wide range of complex clinical needs, enabling them to live independently within their own homes while receiving exceptional levels of care and support. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a strong operational leader to oversee service delivery, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive the ongoing development of their Leeds-based Complex Care service.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold and maintain CQC registration for the Complex Care service
• Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring safe and effective service delivery
• Manage and support Branch Nurses, Care Coordinators, and care teams
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding requirements, and company policies
• Drive quality assurance, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the mobilisation and growth of Complex Care packages
• Monitor branch performance, KPIs, staffing levels, and service outcomes
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, healthcare professionals, service users, and families
• Manage audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
• Promote a culture of person-centred care, accountability, and excellence

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within Complex Care, Community Care, or Homecare
• Ability to hold and maintain CQC registration
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks
• Experience managing complex care packages and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, governance, and risk management
• Commercial awareness and ability to support branch growth
• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
