A bit about the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager, or an ambitious Deputy Manager/Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career, to join our established therapeutic children's home in Kilburn on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated and experienced team, providing stability, strong leadership and high-quality care for children and young people with complex emotional and behavioral needs.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring it continues to provide a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment where children can thrive.
As Registered Manager, you'll inspire and support your team to achieve the very best outcomes for every child. You'll ensure the home continues to meet all regulatory requirements, promotes a positive culture, and embeds best practice across every aspect of care.
Our innovative therapeutic care model is designed to help children build trusting relationships, develop resilience and reach their full potential. You’ll champion this approach, continually seeking opportunities to enhance the quality of care and improve outcomes for the children and young people we support.
