Who we are looking for: An experienced Registered Manager, or an ambitious Deputy ready to take the next step, who wants to lead a small, calm, child-centred home and genuinely change young lives. You'll need a strong working knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, a natural ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills, and a full UK driving licence. Experience supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties and delivering therapeutic models such as PACE/DDP would be desirable.

Who you will be working for: Our client believes every child deserves a safe, loving home, and every member of the team deserves recognition, support, and room to grow. This is a small, tranquil home with a hands-on senior leadership team behind you, not a sink-or-swim management role. You'll have real support to grow into the position and help shape a high-quality service from the ground up.

Why this home & company: A genuinely supportive senior leadership team and Responsible Individual, and a values-led organisation that puts children first.

Training / qualifications: Ongoing professional development and training.

Benefits: Company pension. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) offering confidential support for you and your family. Blue Light Card discount scheme. Refer-a-friend bonus. On-site parking.

Ethos: A PACE/DDP-informed therapeutic parenting model, embedding this approach into the home's culture and day-to-day practice.

Culture: Visible, inspirational leadership, with a genuine focus on safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child in care.

Sponsorship is not available.
