Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum with bonus

Service Users: Children and young people who have experienced severe trauma and adversity
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People), Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services (or equivalent)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager, including achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ inspection outcomes
The Home:
Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a therapeutically informed children’s residential home focused on rebuilding young lives through safety, stability, and social inclusion. This is an opportunity to join a growing provider where leadership is hands-on, collaborative, and genuinely influential.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a strong, visible, and inspirational leader who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
You will have proven experience leading an Ofsted-regulated children’s home, with a strong understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, safeguarding, and team leadership.
You will be confident in:
• Recruiting and onboarding residential staff
• Leading, supervising, and developing care teams
• Managing training compliance and performance
• Reviewing referrals and assessing placement suitability
• Working closely with local authorities and external professionals
• Maintaining regulatory compliance and Ofsted readiness
• Managing budgets and operational resources effectively
• Creating a culture of unconditional positive regard alongside clear boundaries and expectations
