Job Description

Job Title: Registered Manager

Location: Warrington

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + bonuses (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Young people in solo placement settings

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Leadership and Management in Adults and/or Children

Experience Required: Minimum 24 months’ experience within a residential childcare setting, with proven managerial or supervisory experience

The Home:
This is an opportunity to lead either one or two solo placement children’s homes, depending on your experience. The service is focused on providing a safe, nurturing, and highly supportive environment for young people, with a strong emphasis on progression, outcomes, and personalised care.

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home(s), ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, safeguarding excellence, and strong team leadership.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is committed to improving outcomes for young people within residential childcare.

You will be confident in leading teams, managing compliance, and driving positive progress for young people in your care.

• Supporting the development of both young people and staff teams
