
Salary: ÂŁ50,000 - ÂŁ60,000 per annum + bonuses / commission

Qualifications Required: Level 5 or above NVQ in Health and Social Care, with evidence of or working towards Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adults and/or Children
Experience Required: Minimum 12 months’ experience within residential childcare, with proven managerial or supervisory experience
The Home: This is a specialist solo placement children’s residential service, with the opportunity to oversee either one or two homes depending on experience. Each home supports one young person, providing a highly nurturing, structured and supportive environment focused on positive outcomes and progression.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead specialist solo residential services for children and young people. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in leadership, understands regulatory compliance, and is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for young people.
The successful candidate will be confident in overseeing day-to-day operations, safeguarding, care planning, compliance, team leadership, and driving positive progression for both young people and staff teams.
You will be someone who genuinely wants to make a difference and is motivated by creating safe, stable, and outcome-focused environments.
Who you will be working for: Our client is an established care provider delivering specialist complex care and children’s residential services, with strong internal support functions including recruitment, mobilisation, implementation, quality and compliance teams.
