Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience), with the potential to earn up to £60,000 through bonuses and benefits

Who we are looking for:
An experienced and confident Registered Manager who can lead a 3-bed children’s home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, developing and leading the staff team, and driving positive outcomes for children and young people.
