Job Description

Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Stone

Salary: From £50,000 + 10% bonus (paid quarterly)
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm + on-call duties (1 in 9)
Employment Type: Permanent

Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Children and Young People with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), trauma, neglect, and abuse
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or working towards)
Experience Required: Senior-level experience within a residential children’s home setting

Number of beds: Multi Bed EBD Home

Ofsted rating: All homes rated Good

Who we are looking for:
A confident and experienced Registered Manager who can lead a team to deliver high-quality, clinically informed care. You will have strong leadership skills, a sound understanding of safeguarding, and the ability to manage a home in line with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and the Care Standards Act 2000.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance, promoting therapeutic relationships, and driving positive outcomes for children and young people. Strong communication, report writing, and team development skills are essential.
